| Customizing: |
Ability to control display of various
fields, default values, required entry. Create three
types of questions and control display on Entry Screen.
Change text in marquee and instructions. |

Currently two styles are available.
Others will be developed if other options are desired by
users. |

First Name, Last Name, Address, City, State,
Zip, Email, Business Name, Phone1, Phone2 |

Provide check boxes to indicate responses
like "Add me to the mailing list." Add questions for
short (up to 250 characters) or long answers like "How did
you learn about the sale?" Display
various configurations of questions. |
| Drawings: |
Use a random selection function to choose a
name from all names or a subset of names. |
| Reports: |
Numerous reports list names, addresses, and
responses to questions. E.g. print out a list of names
for those checking "Contact me about being a consignor at
your next sale." E.g. print out the number of names by
zip code to see where customers are located. |
| Exporting data: |
Export any or all information. Choose
between Paradox and dBase database tables or a CSV file that
can be opened by a spreadsheet. Other export options
will be developed if possible as requested. Click

| Operating system: |
PC using Windows 98 or better. Screen
resolution currently needs to be set at 1024. If there
is demand, I will look into the ability to use older
monitors as well.
Installation with Vista or
Windows 7 may require additional steps. |
