| Transfer Items from TagItLite to TagIt | |
| The following instructions explain how to transfer items originally entered into TagItLite into TagIt when upgrading. This process must be done immediately after installing TagIt and before any items have been entered manually into TagIt. | |
| From TagItLite: | |
| Create a backup of your data from TagItLite.
(1) Click on File and (2) click on Backup. Note: You may wish to delete any sold items in TagItLite prior to the backup. But it is also possible to delete sold items later in TagIt. |

| The Backup Data form will open. (1) Click
on Backup. Then note the name and location of the backup
file that is created. It will be something like c:\program
files\tagitlite\tlbackup.zip (or tlbackup2.zip, etc.) (2) Click OK. |

| From TagIt: | |
| You must first purchase and install TagIt. Click here for instructions. | |
| Note: Data from TagItLite
cannot be imported into TagIt if any other items have already
been entered in TagIt. Create a sale profile for the sale used by TagItLite by downloading the same sale profile. (More detailed instructions are available.) (1) Click on Import Sale Profile. (2) Click on Yes. |

| (1) Select the sale profile that you downloaded. (2) Click on Open. |

| (1) Enter the same consignor ID used in
the sale with TagItLite. (2) Click on Finish. |

| Import the backup data from TagItLite by (1)
clicking on File menu and (2) clicking on Import from TagItLite. Note: This option is not available if any items have already been entered into TagIt. |

| (1) Check that the sale profile is the same one
used with TagItLite. (2) Click on Next. |

| (1) Click on Select File and Process. (2) Select the backup file you created from TagItLite. (3) Click on Open. |

| The items from TagItLite will now show in the
Master List tab and Selected Sale tab! Note: It may be necessary to close TagIt and reopen before items will show! |
