Using TagItLite Again

Although TagItLite is a limited version of TagIt that is meant to be used with a single sale, it can be used again for another sale if you leave it installed on your computer after the first sale. Here is a little more information.

Would you like to upgrade to TagIt? If so, it is possible to transfer your old items from TagItLite into TagIt. Need more information?

Do you have the latest version of TagItLite? If not, here is how to update.

Download and import the new sale profile. This will reset the expiration date. Warning: this will remove any previously entered items. More help.

Do you have unsold items from a previous sale that you want to place in an upcoming sale? If these items are already tagged in a way that meets the sale requirements, it is possible to add new items without duplicating previously used item numbers if you have version 1.0.7 or later. (Most sales will not allow you to cross out and write in new information on old tags. In such a case you will need to create new tags.) Here's how:

Start TagItLite. 1. Click on Add Item on the Sale Items tab. 2. Right-click on the item number to open the Reset Item No form. 3. Enter a number that is higher than any item number from a previous sale. 4. Click on Reset Item No.
Future item numbers will now increment from this new number.
