Getting Help
If you need any assistance with TagIt, TagItLite or our other products, I am eager to hear from you.  Please contact me at info@tagityourself.com.
I personally respond to all emails and my goal is to reply within 24 hours.  Usually I am able to respond much more rapidly than that.  Emails received after 9 pm CST will probably be handled the next day.  Of course there are other times when I am traveling or vacationing and responses may take longer.
Here are some things you can do that make it easier for me to help you (and faster too):
ü If you are downloading and installing the program for the first time, please read the instructions again and look for links to additional help.
ü TagIt users might find some help here.
ü Tell me your operating system.  Is it XP, Vista, Windows 7?  Is it 32-bit or 64-bit (XP is almost always 32-bit, Windows 7 is almost always 64-bit, but Vista may be either)?
ü Be clear about the nature of the problem.  It is not very helpful to write "I am having a problem.  Please help!" unless you tell me what the problem is.  What were you doing or trying to do and what happened next!
ü If you receive an error message, copy it down and send it.  Sometimes there is a second part to an error message.  Look for >> and click on it.  Check to see some error messages by clicking here.
ü If I follow up with questions, please answer all of them or let me know that you do not know how to answer.
ü Give both of us some time.  Don't wait until the night before a sale to try installing or printing tags.
In some cases I may ask you to send a diagnostics file or a backup of your data.

I appreciate feedback so I can learn what works and what doesn't work.  It helps me to be more helpful to others who might experience a similar problem.
