Finding Your Downloads for TagIt and TagItLite
If you have downloaded files and now are not sure where to find them, take a look at these suggestions.  The answer depends on your web browser and personal settings.  Be sure that you SAVE the download.

Mozilla Firefox
   
If you are using Mozilla Firefox,

1.  Click on Tools menu and select Options.

2.  Make sure you are on the General tab.

3.  Notice if downloaded files are saved in a default location.  Often this is My Documents/ Downloads.  You can change these defaults.
   
1.  You can also select the Tools menu and chose Downloads (Ctrl+J) to open the Downloads form.

2.  The right-click on a download to open a menu of options.

Where are downloaded files saved?

When you download files, Windows usually saves them in the Downloads folder, which is located under your user name in the Users folder on the drive where Windows is installed (for example C:\users\your name\downloads). When you are saving the file, you can choose to save it to a different folder. Some different types of files are saved to different folders by default. For example, if you right-click a picture on a webpage and then choose Save Picture As from the menu, the picture will be saved to the Pictures folder by default. If you're not sure where the file was saved, you can search for it from the Start menu.
