| This error could mean different things. | |
| If you have the Vista or Windows 7 operating system, have you set the compatibility mode to XP? | |
| If the error occurred when trying to start the program for the first time, try the following: | |
| Uninstall program(s) by going to Start>Control Panel>Add or Remove Programs |

| TagItLite only: 1. Find TagItLite 2. Click on Remove and uninstall TagItLite |
 |
| TagItLite, TagIt or TagIt Manager: 1. Find Paradox 10 Runtime 2. Click on Remove and uninstall Paradox 10 Runtime |

| Reinstall as described below. Watch for
the following screen. If you selected "Anyone who uses
this computer" the previous installation, try selecting "Only
for me[]" or another option if available. If you selected "Only for me" the previous installation, try "Anyone who uses this computer"> |

| TagItLite: | Install from the tagitlitesetup.exe file on your computer. If necessary, download the file again by clicking here. (The Paradox 10 Runtime program is included in the TagItLite installation program.) |
| TagIt or TagIt Manager: | Install Paradox 10 Runtime from pdx10run.exe. You should already have it on your computer. If necessary, download again by clicking here. |
