Items are selected for printing tags but receive message that "There are no items tagged for this sale" (for TagIt, TagItLite or TagIt Manager)


From Start Menu select Control Panel and then Regional and Language Options.

Is the Short Date in the format of month/day/year? If not, click on the Customize button and go on to the next step.

Select the Date tab. Click to open the options for the Short date format and select "M/d/yyyy". Click on OK. Try printing tags again.
