Ending the ctfmon.exe process |

| In some computers/printers the printing process seems to "hang" and nothing seems to be happening when trying to print tags or reports. Close TagIt and try the following: | |
| 1. The Windows Task Manager is opened by pressing
Ctrl-Alt-Delete at the same time. This illustration is
from Windows XP. 2. Click on the Processes tab. 3. Click on the Image Name column heading to sort. 4. Find and click on the ctfmon.exe process so that it is highlighted. 5. Click on End Process. Then close the Windows Task Manager and restart TagIt. While this may solve the problem for some time, it may need to be repeated if the problem reoccurs. |
