TagIt System Info and
Diagnostics |

| If you have asked for technical assistance, you
may be asked to send a diagnostics.txt file to
info@tagityourself.com.
This file gathers a variety of information about TagIt and
puts it into a text file. (If you are curious, you can
open it with Notepad or most any word-processor.) |

| 1. Click on the Help menu. 2. Then click on
System Info. |

| |
|
| 3. The diagnostics.txt file is created. Note the
directory path for the file. Attach this file to an email
and send it to
info@tagityourself.com if you have been requested to do so.
