TagIt Replacement Policy |
| Our policy is to charge $5.95 if a replacement copy of TagIt is needed because of computer crashes, new computers or other reasons. |
| Before ordering a replacement copy, you may want to see if the original installation programs are still on your computer. Two installation files are needed for a workable installation: tagitsetup.exe and pdx10run.exe. The second file is available from Step C of Steps to Purchase and Install Tagit. It may be helpful to use the Search option available from your Start menu. |
| If you still need a replacement copy, please send an email to info@tagityourself.com with your name, explaining your situation, and request that I bill you for $5.95 through PayPal. I will check my records that you have previously purchased TagIt and send you an invoice through PayPal. When I receive notice of payment, I will send you additional instructions for obtaining a replacement copy. |
