If you have asked for technical assistance, you
may be asked to send a backup of your data files to
info@tagityourself.com.
This may help to uncover errors if you are having problems with
TagIt.
1. Click on the File menu.
2. Then click on
Backup.
3. Note the
directory path and name for the file. Click on Backup to
create the file. (If you cannot see the entire directory
path and file name, it is most likely what you see to the
right.)
4. Attach this file to an email
and send it to
info@tagityourself.com if you have been requested to do so.
