Download Update to TagIt

Updates to the first release of TagIt are available without additional charge to those who have purchased TagIt. If you have just purchased and downloaded TagIt, you have the most recent version. How to check your current version How to update to the current version Review version history

Remember, it is always a good idea to backup your data before updating!

How to check your current version:
1. Click on Help and select About TagIt.
2. View the version number.

It is always a good practice to backup your data before updating!

1. Download the most recent update from this page. 2. Save the download on your computer where you can find it. A convenient place is where you installed the program, e.g. c:\program files\tagit. The file name will be like UpTagItx.x.x.zip where x.x.x is the version number.
3. Click on File and select Update TagIt to open the Update Program form.

4. Click on the Update button and follow the prompts to select the file you saved with a name like UpTagItx.x.x.zip. You will be informed when the update is completed.
